​Proper diving and floor techniques

Platform angles and ball control

Footwork, reaction time, and defensive speed

​Dates: 06/1,6/3, 6/8, 6/10, 6/15, 6/17,   6/22

Time:  6:30-8:00 pm

​​Vertical jump development

Proper hitting approach and arm swing mechanics

Adjusting to different sets and offensive situations

Dates: 06/1,6/3, 6/8, 6/10, 6/15, 6/17,   6/22
