      Photo & Video Release Agreement

 

I, the undersigned Parent/Legal Guardian, grant permission to Voltage Volleyball Club ("Voltage VBC") to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture images or recordings of my daughter during practices, tournaments, clinics, camps, team events, and other club-related activities.

I understand that these photographs and videos may be used by Voltage Volleyball Club for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• Club website

• Social media platforms

• Printed advertisements and brochures

• Flyers and banners

• Email marketing

• Newsletters

• Tournament promotions

• Recruiting and promotional materials

• Other club-related publications or media

I understand that no compensation or royalties will be provided for the use of these photographs or videos.

I acknowledge that all photographs, videos, and recordings become the property of Voltage Volleyball Club and may be used, edited, reproduced, published, or distributed without further notice, provided they are used for lawful club-related purposes.

Voltage Volleyball Club will make every reasonable effort to use photographs and videos respectfully and appropriately to reflect the club's positive values.

This authorization shall remain in effect throughout my athlete's participation with Voltage Volleyball Club unless revoked in writing. Revocation will apply only to future uses and will not require the removal of materials that have already been published or distributed.
